We ship our products using premium logistics partners of our choosing. Our logistics partners may change from time to time based on serviceability and operational requirements.

We typically aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of order confirmation. However, dispatch timelines may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you may contact us to request a cancellation provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen delays on the part of the logistics partner. We shall not be held liable for delays arising after the order has been handed over to the courier.

If you require expedited delivery or have a special delivery request, please reach out to us prior to placing your order. While we cannot guarantee fulfilment of such requests, we will do our best to accommodate them wherever possible.
