Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14 Day return or exchange window from the time of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
- Proof of purchase is mandatory
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
Exceptions
Returns and exchanges are not applicable for:
- Perishable items such as food & beverages, flowers, or plants
- Customised or bespoke products, including items with initials or made-to-order pieces
- Personal use products such as beauty items, hygiene products, innerwear, or swimwear
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Digital products including gift cards, downloads, or any items delivered electronically
Refunds
- Once your return request is approved, a return pickup label will be issued
- Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the return and will be credited within 15 working days from receipt of returns.
Refund method:
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit only
A restocking fee may apply in cases of non-defective returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or videos for verification.
Upon verification, we will offer:
- An exchange, or
- Store credit, as applicable
Refunds are not issued for damaged goods.

- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
